Top Picks ~ Happy Birthday Dr Seuss

I'm wondering if we didn't give you enough time again?

We have very few entries and some that didn't quite

match the theme. Beautiful cards all the same!

So we have two 'Top Picks' in the 'Spotlight' this week.
